Transitional Rental Housing Program

This program provides low to moderate income indigent working families with an opportunity to live in a safe, clean, and decent short term transitional rental single family dwelling while in the process of obtaining the necessary skills to maintain, sustain, and obtain their own long term permanent housing.   • Wells Fargo Housing Foundation: Real Estate Owned (REO) Discounted Properties Program the program facilitates the transfer of properties owned by Wells Fargo and investors to nonprofit housing intermediaries that have a history of providing sustainable affordable homeownership or rental opportunities to low- to moderate-income (LMI) people. The program is designed to take properties that have been foreclosed and move them back to the market to help stabilize the local economies.
